Design Notes
The amino acid sequence encoded by this gene has been found in NCBI Entrez Protein retrieval system. The organism was Zymomonas mobilis ZM4. The gene sequence has been optimized for the codon usage of Escherichia coli and a second stop codon (TAA) has been added to the gene.
